Do I need a subscription to a specific AI assistant?
Yes. You use the AI Connector through an AI assistant that supports MCP, and you manage that subscription directly with your chosen provider. The connector links that assistant to your Entrilia data.
Does my IT team need to be involved?
For individual users, setup is minimal. For broader rollouts with single sign-on or stricter access controls, IT may help provision access. Entrilia guides you through it.
Is my data safe?
Your prompts and data are not used to train any model. Only the figures needed to answer your question are passed to your AI provider under that provider’s enterprise agreement. Access can be scoped, so you control what can be queried.
What data can I query?
The MCP Connector works through Entrilia's SmartViews, Entrilia's real-time analytics layer, which includes fund accounting and portfolio monitoring. If it's available in SmartViews, your AI assistant can query it.
