Job Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Research and identify potential target accounts and key decision-makers within the target organizations.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, educate them about our SaaS platform, and qualify their interest and fit for our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic outreach plans for assigned territories or market segments.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively, providing relevant information and guidance to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to support lead generation campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn, try and develop into an Account Executive within a complex industry.
  • Proven track record of working as an integral member of a team to achieve big goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience to overcome objections and setbacks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role is advantageous.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Career passion for sales with ambition for personal growth.

Location:

Open to remote, however based in the US or UK.
